Srinagar International Airport – International Terminal

Srinagar Airport received its international status back in 2005, that is the reason why in 2009 there was inaugurated a new terminal, the international terminal, in order to host international flights, especially from the Gulf region (Dubai and Jeddah).

In peak times, the International Terminal can handle over 450 passengers.

Once arrival and depart, it is required that foreigners register according to security matters.

Connection between terminals

There is a shuttle service which connects both terminals.


A single building which hosts either Domestic and International flights.

- Ground floor: one boarding gate
- First Floor: one boarding gate

Departures area: Duty Free & Shopping.

- SpiceJet
- GoAir

There are international flights to Dubai, Jeddah and launched flights to Mecca during Hajj pilgrimage season for the pilgrims who wish to go there.
