From Srinagar Airport there are some bus services available:

Srinagar Airport Authority free bus

Srinagar Airport Authority operates a free bus service between Srinagar Airport and the entrance gate located 1 km away.

On the other hand, there is another bus service by JSRTC between Srinagar Airport and the Tourist Resource Centre located in Srinagar city centre.

Buses depart from Srinagar Airport from 09:03 am every hour.

One-way ticket cost is around Rs 70-80. It is allowed payment by cash.
